The new Cider House Lounge has been built on the 1910 site of the old University Heights apple processing foundation and designed to fit into the Frank Lloyd Wright prairie era, replete with wide overhanging eaves, exposed beams, expansive windows, antique eclectic furniture, and even a western hitching post to park your horse. Old barn wood was used through out the building. Rough cut lumber with two penny nails were used to create an old time floor. The Cider House lies just a few feet away from the Tin Cup Irrigation stream which provides a unique water feature. The Cider House can be set up for business meetings as well with multiple laptop portals.
Enjoy the incredible Bitterroot and Sapphire mountain vistas while sipping your hot drink by the fireside during the winter or, during most of the year, sitting outside on the viewing deck enjoying the views and abundant wildlife grazing on the ranch meadows. Multiple deer and occasional elk or moose are seen on the ranch as we back onto over one million acres of national forest and wilderness.

East Sapphire Mountain View
The Cider House will accommodate up to 60 people for special functions and entertaining. We use the building for family parties as we can accommodate at least 20-25 overnight guests inclusive in all the facilities. There is a bathroom and shower in the cider house along with a modern kitchen with cabinets made of old barn wood.
